Abstract

Provided herein are methods of generating MDSCs ex vivo. The methods include culturing blood cells with lactoferrin. In one embodiment, the blood cells are selected from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, cord blood, and bone marrow cells. In another aspect, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the MSDCs produced by the methods described herein is provided. In yet another aspect, a method of treating an inflammatory disease in a subject in need thereof is provided.

La présente invention concerne des procédés de génération de cellules myéloïdes suppressives (MDSC) ex vivo. Les procédés comprennent la culture de cellules sanguines avec de la lactoferrine. Dans un mode de réalisation, les cellules sanguines sont choisies parmi des cellules mononucléaires de sang périphérique, du sang ombilical et des cellules de moelle osseuse. Dans un autre aspect, l’invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant les MSDC produites par les procédés selon la présente invention. Dans un autre aspect, l’invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’une maladie inflammatoire chez un sujet en ayant besoin.
