Abstract
(EN)
A method for honey powder preparation is to prepare aqueous honey solution with an addition of milk powder, with the content of solids in the solution from 10 to 45%, wherein the content of honey is from 10 do 80% of solids, the content of powder milk is from 20 to 90% of solids, wherein powder milk with fat content of up to 2 wt.% and water content from 1 to 6 wt.% is used, and this solution is spray dried.

Un procédé de préparation de poudre de miel consiste à préparer une solution aqueuse de miel avec une addition de poudre de lait, la teneur en solides dans la solution étant de 10 à 45%, la teneur en miel étant de 10 à 80% de matières solides, la teneur en lait en poudre étant de 20 à 90% de matières solides, du lait en poudre ayant une teneur en matière grasse allant jusqu'à 2% en poids et une teneur en eau de 1 à 6% en poids étant utilisé, et cette solution étant séchée par pulvérisation.
