The present invention relates to a metal material manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof, comprising: a container which provides a space therein to accommodate a melt; a nozzle disposed at the bottom of the container to discharge the melt; a cooling roll rotatably spaced below the nozzle to solidify the melt to produce a metal material; and a blocking part which prevents the melt from contacting at least a portion of the bottom surface of the nozzle. The present invention can produce a high-quality metal material by preventing the formation of a coagulated material on the bottom of the nozzle during the production of the metal material and preventing the occurrence of defects such as cracks, scratches, etc. in the metal material due to the coagulated material.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de matériau métallique et un procédé associé, comprenant : un récipient dont l’espace intérieur permet de recevoir une fonte ; une buse disposée au fond du récipient permettant de déverser la matière fondue ; un rouleau refroidisseur espacé rotatif au-dessous de la buse afin de solidifier la fonte afin de produire un matériau métallique ; et une partie de blocage qui empêche la fonte de venir au contact d’au moins une partie de la surface inférieure de la buse. La présente invention peut produire un matériau métallique de haute qualité en empêchant la formation d'un matériau coagulé sur le fond de la buse pendant la production du matériau métallique et en empêchant l'apparition de défauts tels que des fissures, rayures, etc. dans le matériau métallique en raison du matériau coagulé.

본 발명은 금속 소재 제조 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 용융물을 수용하기 위한 공간을 제공하는 용기; 용융물을 배출시킬 수 있도록 상기 용기의 하부에 구비되는 노즐; 용융물을 응고시켜 금속 소재를 제조할 수 있도록 상기 노즐의 하부에 이격되어 회전 가능하게 구비되는 냉각롤; 및 상기 노즐의 저면 적어도 일부에 용융물이 접촉하는 것을 방지하기 위한 차단부;를 포함하고, 금속 소재 제조 중 노즐의 저면에 응고물이 형성되는 것을 방지하여 응고물에 의해 금속 소재에 갈라짐, 긁힘 등의 결함이 발생하는 것을 방지함으로써 고품질의 금속 소재를 제조할 수 있다.
