The present technology relates to a horizontal-type ship outboard motor module comprising a power unit, a clutch gearbox, and an output shaft which are horizontally arranged, wherein in contrast to the conventional vertical-type outboard motor module, the power unit is horizontally installed in a housing, and the clutch gearbox and the output shaft are arranged in parallel and connected directly to the power unit, whereby the number of components of the outboard motor can be reduced and the center of gravity of the outboard motor can be lowered. Further, the trim of the ship occurring during operation of the outboard motor can be reduced, and the output efficiency and stability of the ship can be significantly improved. Moreover, the clutch gearbox is not submerged, and thus the risk of damage and trouble can be reduced, and repair and maintenance of the outboard motor can be easily performed on the ship without a need to tow the ship to land and without dismounting the outboard motor. Further, the horizontal-type ship outboard motor module has a modularized structure and thus can be easily applied to conventional ships without special structural changes.

La présente technologie concerne un module de moteur hors bord de bateau de type horizontal, comprenant une unité de puissance, une boîte de vitesses d'embrayage et un arbre de sortie qui sont disposés horizontalement. A la différence du module de moteur hors-bord de type vertical classique, l'unité de puissance est installée horizontalement dans un boîtier, et la boîte de vitesses d'embrayage et l'arbre de sortie sont disposés en parallèle et reliés directement à l'unité de puissance, ce qui permet de réduire le nombre de composants du moteur hors-bord et d'abaisser le centre de gravité de celui-ci. En outre, l'assiette du bateau apparaissant pendant le fonctionnement du moteur hors-bord peut être réduite, et le rendement et la stabilité du bateau peuvent être considérablement améliorés. De plus, la boîte de vitesses d'embrayage n'est pas immergée, ce qui permet de réduire le risque d'endommagement et de problème, et de procéder facilement à la réparation et l'entretien du moteur hors-bord sur le bateau sans qu'il soit nécessaire de remorquer le bateau sur la terre ferme et de démonter le moteur hors-bord. En outre, le module de moteur hors bord de bateau de type horizontal possède une structure modulaire et peut ainsi être facilement utilisé sur des bateaux classiques sans que des changements structurels spéciaux soient nécessaires.

본 기술은 동력장치와 클러치 기어박스 및 출력축이 수평적으로 배치된 선박용 수평형 선외기 모듈에 관한 것으로, 기존의 수직형 선외기 모듈과 달리 하우징 내부에 동력장치를 수평으로 설치하고, 클러치 기어박스 및 출력축을 상기 동력장치와 나란하게 직결 배치함으로써, 선외기의 부품수를 줄이고 무게중심을 낮출 수 있다. 또한, 선외기 작동시 선박의 트림을 감소시킬 수 있으며 출력 효율 및 안정성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다. 더욱이, 클러치 기어박스가 수몰되지 않아 파손과 잔고장이 적으며, 육상으로 견인하지 않고도 선외기를 탈거하지 않은 상태에서 선상에서 용이하게 유지 보수를 위한 정비와 수리가 가능하며, 모듈형 구조로 종래 선박에도 구조를 특별히 변경하지 않고도 쉽게 적용할 수 있다.
