Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel piperidine-2,6-dione derivative and a use of same, and more specifically, to a piperidine-2,6-dione derivative compound having the structure of a thalidomide analogue. The compound of chemical formula 1 according to the present invention specifically binds to the CRBN protein and is involved in functions thereof. Thus, the compound of the present invention may be beneficially used in the prevention or treatment of leprosy, chronic graft versus host disease, inflammatory diseases, or cancer that are caused by actions of the CRBN protein.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de pipéridine-2,6-dione et son utilisation et, plus particulièrement, un composé dérivé de pipéridine-2,6-dione ayant la structure d'un analogue de thalidomide. La présente invention concerne également un composé de formule chimique 1 qui se lie de manière spécifique à la protéine CRBN, et qui est impliqué dans ses fonctions. Par conséquent, le composé selon la présente invention peut être utilisé de manière bénéfique dans la prévention ou le traitement de la lèpre, d'une maladie chronique du greffon contre l'hôte, d'une maladie inflammatoire ou d'un cancer qui sont provoqués par des actions de la protéine CRBN.

본 발명은 신규한 피페리딘-2,6-디온 유도체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탈리도마이드의 유사체 구조를 가지는 피페리딘-2,6-디온 유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1의 화합물은 CRBN 단백질과 특이적으로 결합하며, 이의 기능에 관여한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 화합물은 CRBN 단백질의 작용에 의한 나병, 만성 이식편대숙주병, 염증성 질환 또는 암의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
