The present specification provides an organic light-emitting device comprising: an anode; a cathode provided to face the anode; and organic material layers comprising an emission layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the emission layer, one or more layers from among the organic material layers disposed between the anode and the emission layer, and one or more layers from among the organic material layers disposed between the cathode and the emission layer each comprise one or more sp3-carbon-based compounds, the emission layer comprises a host including one or more anthracene-based compounds, and among organic materials included in the organic material layers, each of organic materials except for dopant compounds has a bandgap energy (Ebg) of 3 eV or more.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant : une anode ; une cathode prévue pour faire face à l'anode ; et des couches de matériau organique comprenant une couche d'émission disposée entre l'anode et la cathode, la couche d'émission, une ou plusieurs couches parmi les couches de matériau organique disposées entre l'anode et la couche d'émission, et une ou plusieurs couches parmi les couches de matériau organique disposées entre la cathode et la couche d'émission comprennent chacune un ou plusieurs composés à base de carbone sp3, la couche d'émission comprend un hôte comprenant un ou plusieurs composés à base d'anthracène, et parmi les matériaux organiques inclus dans les couches de matériau organique, chacun des matériaux organiques à l'exception des composés dopants présente une énergie de bande interdite (Ebg) supérieure ou égale à 3 eV.

본 명세서는 애노드; 상기 애노드와 대향하여 구비된 캐소드; 상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이에 구비된 발광층을 포함하는 유기물층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서, 상기 발광층; 상기 애노드와 상기 발광층 사이에 구비된 유기물층 중 1층 이상; 및 상기 캐소드와 상기 발광층 사이에 구비된 유기물층 중 1층 이상은 각각 sp3 탄소를 중심으로 이루어진 화합물을 1종 이상 포함하고, 상기 발광층은 1종 이상의 안트라센계 화합물을 포함하는 호스트를 포함하며, 상기 유기물층에 포함되는 유기물들 중 도판트 화합물을 제외한 유기물들의 밴드갭 에너지(Ebg)는 각각 3 eV 이상인 것인 유기 발광 소자를 제공한다.
