The present invention relates to a biomarker for predicting the ability of mesenchymal stem cells to proliferate and migrate and uses thereof, more particularly to a biomarker comprising peroxiredoxin 6 for predicting the ability of mesenchymal stem cells to proliferate and migrate, and uses of the biomarker. According to the present invention, the ability of mesenchymal stem cells to proliferate and migrate can be predicted by measuring the expression level of the biomarker.

La présente invention concerne un biomarqueur destiné à prédire la capacité de cellules souches mésenchymateuses à proliférer et migrer et ses utilisations, plus particulièrement un biomarqueur comprenant de la peroxyrédoxine 6 destiné à prédire la capacité de cellules souches mésenchymateuses à proliférer et migrer, ainsi que des utilisations du biomarqueur. Selon la présente invention, la capacité de cellules souches mésenchymateuses à proliférer et à migrer peut être prédite par mesure du niveau d'expression du biomarqueur.

본 발명은 중간엽줄기세포의 증식 및 이동 능력 예측용 바이오마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 퍼옥시레독신(peroxiredoxin) 6을 포함하는 중간엽줄기세포의 증식 또는 이동 능력 예측용 바이오마커와 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 바이오마커의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 중간엽줄기세포의 증식 및 이동 능력을 예측할 수 있다.
