Abstract

The present invention relates to pH-sensitive carbon nanoparticles, a preparation method therefor, and drug delivery using same. pH-Sensitive carbon nanoparticles comprising imidazole are prepared and can mount a hydrophobic drug, a photosensitizer material, etc. thereon and allow drug release in a weak acid condition. Thus, the carbon nanoparticles can be used as a drug carrier for anticancer therapy, photodynamic therapy or light-mediated cancer immunotherapy.

La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules de carbone sensibles au pH, un procédé de préparation associé, et l'administration de médicament les utilisant. Des nanoparticules de carbone sensibles au pH comprenant de l'imidazole sont préparées, sur lesquelles peut être monté un médicament hydrophobe, un matériau photosensibilisant, etc., permettant une libération de médicament dans des conditions d'acide faible. Ainsi, les nanoparticules de carbone peuvent être utilisées comme vecteur de médicament en vue d'une thérapie anticancéreuse, d'une thérapie photodynamique ou d'une immunothérapie anticancéreuse médiée par la lumière.

본 발명은 pH 민감성 탄소 나노입자, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 약물전달에 관한 것으로, 이미다졸(imidazole)이 포함된 pH 민감성 탄소 나노입자를 제조하여 소수성 약물, 광감작제 물질을 봉입할 수 있으며, 약산성 조건에서 약물 방출이 가능하여 항암치료, 광역학 치료, 또는 광매개 항암면역 치료를 위한 약물 전달체로 이용될 수 있다.
