The present invention relates to a separator and an electrochemical device comprising same. A separator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a porous polymer substrate; a first porous coating layer; and a second porous coating layer, wherein the hardness of first inorganic particles contained in the first porous coating layer is smaller than that of the second inorganic particles contained in the second porous coating layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, by providing two or more porous coating layers containing inorganic particles having different hardness, a dielectric breakdown voltage is increased to thereby improve the safety of a battery and reduce deformation of the separator due to heat or pressure.

La présente invention concerne un séparateur et un dispositif électrochimique le comprenant. Un séparateur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un substrat polymère poreux ; une première couche de revêtement poreux ; et une seconde couche de revêtement poreux, la dureté des premières particules inorganiques contenues dans la première couche de revêtement poreux étant inférieure à celle des secondes particules inorganiques contenues dans la seconde couche de revêtement poreux. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, en fournissant au moins deux couches de revêtement poreux contenant des particules inorganiques ayant une dureté différente, une tension de claquage diélectrique est augmentée pour améliorer ainsi la sécurité d'une batterie et réduire la déformation du séparateur due à la chaleur ou à la pression.

본 발명은 세퍼레이터 및 이를 포함하는 전기화학소자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세퍼레이터는, 다공성 고분자 기재, 제1 다공성 코팅층 및 제2 다공성 코팅층을 포함하며, 제1 다공성 코팅층 내에 포함된 제1 무기물 입자의 경도가 제2 다공성 코팅층 내에 포함된 제2 무기물 입자의 경도에 비해 작은 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 경도가 상이한 무기물 입자를 포함하는 2 이상의 다공성 코팅층을 구비함으로써 절연 파괴 전압이 증가해 전지의 안전성을 개선되고 열 또는 압력에 의한 세퍼레이터의 변형을 감소시킬 수 있다.
