An embodiment of the present invention relates to a refining agent which removes at least phosphorus (P) in impurities contained in molten steel and includes slag powder from which Ca2SiO4 is precipitated, wherein the slag powder is generated during the steel making process. Therefore, the refining agent according to an embodiment of the present invention can reduce the cost for preparation thereof and thus enables a refining operation at a low cost. In addition, the present invention can reduce the cost required for landfill of slag powder as the slag powder is recycled as a refining agent. Further, the refining agent according to embodiments enables the formation of slag having improved solubility of P and thus can enhance the dephosphorization efficiency thereof.

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un agent de raffinage qui élimine au moins du phosphore (P) dans des impuretés contenues dans l'acier fondu et qui comprend une poudre de laitier à partir de laquelle du Ca2SiO4 est précipité, la poudre de laitier étant générée pendant le processus de fabrication d'acier. Par conséquent, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'agent de raffinage peut réduire le coût de préparation de ce dernier et permet ainsi une opération de raffinage à faible coût. De plus, la présente invention peut réduire le coût requis pour la décharge de poudre de laitier lorsque la poudre de laitier est recyclée en tant qu'agent de raffinage. En outre, selon des modes de réalisation, l'agent de raffinage permet la formation de laitier présentant une solubilité améliorée de P et peut ainsi optimiser l'efficacité de déphosphoration de ce dernier.

본 발명의 실시예는 용선에 함유된 불순물 중, 적어도 P(인)을 제거하는 정련제로서, 제강 공정에서 발생된 분화 슬래그이며, Ca2SiO4가 석출된 분화 슬래그를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 정련제에 의하면, 정련제 마련을 위한 비용을 저감시킬 수 있어, 저원가의 정련 조업이 가능하다. 그리고, 분화 슬래그를 정련제로 재활용함에 따라, 분화 슬래그의 매립에 소요되는 비용을 저감시킬 수 있다. 또한, 실시형태들에 따른 정련제에 의하면, P의 용해도가 향상된 슬래그를 형성할 수 있어, 탈린 효율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
