An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a memory configured to store an entity identification model, and a processor configured to control the electronic apparatus to: identify a plurality of entities included in an input sentence input based on the entity identification model, acquire a search result corresponding to the plurality of entities, and correct and provide the input sentence based on the search result based on the plurality of entities not corresponding to the search result, wherein the entity identification model may be acquired by learning through an artificial intelligence algorithm to extract a plurality of sample entities included in each of a plurality of sample dialogues. At least a part of a method for identifying an entity from a dialogue may use an artificial intelligence model learned according to at least one of machine learning, a neural network, deep learning algorithm, or the like.

L'invention concerne un appareil électronique. L'appareil électronique comprend une mémoire configurée pour stocker un modèle d'identification d'entité, et un processeur configuré pour commander l'appareil électronique : identifier une pluralité d'entités incluses dans une entrée de phrase d'entrée sur la base du modèle d'identification d'entité, acquérir un résultat de recherche correspondant à la pluralité d'entités, et corriger et fournir la phrase d'entrée sur la base du résultat de recherche sur la base de la pluralité d'entités qui ne correspondent pas au résultat de recherche, le modèle d'identification d'entité pouvant être acquis par apprentissage par l'intermédiaire d'un algorithme d'intelligence artificielle pour extraire une pluralité d'entités d'échantillon incluses dans chacun d'une pluralité de dialogues d'échantillon. Au moins une partie d'un procédé d'identification d'une entité à partir d'un dialogue peut utiliser un modèle d'intelligence artificielle appris selon au moins l'un parmi l'apprentissage machine, un réseau neuronal, un algorithme d'apprentissage profond, ou similaire.
