Disclosed are a method for producing a sensor and a battery pressure detecting sensor produced thereby in which the sensor operates in short mode when same is subjected to pressure exceeding a standard level so as to prevent a battery from igniting and being damaged due to swelling. The disclosed battery pressure detecting sensor comprises a membrane sheet, which has a first accommodation hole, arranged under a conductive sheet, wherein a part of the conductive sheet penetrates the first accommodation hole to connect to a first terminal, and the membrane sheet connects to a second terminal.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un capteur et un capteur de détection de pression de batterie produit par celui-ci dans lequel le capteur fonctionne en mode court-circuit lorsqu'il est soumis à une pression dépassant un niveau standard de façon à empêcher une batterie d'allumer et d'être endommagée en raison du gonflement. Le capteur de détection de pression de batterie de l'invention comprend une feuille de membrane, dotée d'un premier trou de réception, disposée sous une feuille conductrice, une partie de la feuille conductrice pénétrant dans le premier trou de réception pour se connecter à une première borne, et la feuille de membrane étant reliée à un second terminal.

기준 이상의 압력이 가해지면 쇼트 모드로 동작하여 부풀음에 의해 배터리의 파손 및 발화를 방지하도록 한 센서 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 배터리 압력 감지 센서를 제시한다. 제시된 배터리 압력 감지 센서는 제1 수용 홀이 형성된 멤브레인 시트를 도전성 시트의 하부에 배치하고, 도전성 시트의 일부는 제1 수용 홀을 통과하여 제1 단자에 연결되고, 멤브레인 시트는 제2 단자에 연결된다.
