The present invention relates to a mobile robot operating service system which can support automatic charging of a user terminal module through an attachment/detachment holding structure between the user terminal module and a mobile robot, and can obtain personal information of a user who desires to use the mobile robot, through a mobile communication device, etc., and allow only an authorized user to use the user terminal module and the mobile robot, to prevent loss and theft so as to improve the reliability.

La présente invention concerne un système de service d'exploitation de robot mobile, qui peut prendre en charge la charge automatique d'un module de terminal d'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'une structure de maintien de fixation/détachement entre le module de terminal d'utilisateur et un robot mobile, et qui peut obtenir des informations personnelles d'un utilisateur qui souhaite utiliser le robot mobile, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de communication mobile etc., et permettre uniquement à un utilisateur autorisé d'utiliser le module de terminal d'utilisateur et le robot mobile, en vue d'empêcher une perte et un vol de façon à améliorer la fiabilité.

본 발명은 이동 로봇 운용 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 사용자 단말 모듈과 이동 로봇의 탈부착 거치 구조를 통해 사용자 단말 모듈의 자동 충전을 지원할 수 있으며, 이동 통신기기 등을 통해 이동 로봇을 사용하고자 하는 사용자의 개인 정보를 확보하고, 사용 승인된 사용자만 사용자 단말 모듈과 이동 로봇을 이용할 수 있도록 함으로써 도난 및 분실을 방지하는 등 그 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
