Provided is a burnt and granulated clay that has a porous structure with micropores and mesopores and does not lose the shape even in water due to the high hardness thereof. The burnt and granulated clay according to the present invention shows a differential pore capacity of 0.06 cm3/g or more in a pore diameter range of not more than 10 nm in a pore distribution curve measured by the nitrogen gas adsorption method, has a hardness of 180-1200 g inclusive under in-plane load in a burst test, and contains 35-95 mass% inclusive of silicon dioxide.

L'invention concerne une argile cuite et granulée qui a une structure poreuse avec des micropores et des mésopores et ne perd pas sa forme même dans l'eau en raison de sa dureté élevée. L'argile cuite et granulée selon la présente invention présente une capacité de pore différentielle de 0,06cm3/g ou plus dans une gamme de diamètre de pore n'excédant pas 10 nm dans une courbe de distribution de pores mesurée par la méthode d'adsorption de gaz d'azote, a une dureté de 180 à 1 200 g inclus dans une charge dans le plan dans un essai d'éclatement, et contient 35 à 95 % en masse inclus de dioxyde de silicium.

ミクロ孔やメソ孔を有する多孔質で水中でも型崩れしない高い硬度を有する焼結造粒粘土を提供する。 本発明は、窒素ガス吸着法で測定された細孔分布曲線において、細孔径10nm以下の微分細孔容量が0.06cm/g以上であり、圧力壊試験における平面荷重による硬度が180g以上1200g以下であり、二酸化ケイ素が35質量%以上95質量%以下の量で含有される、焼結造粒粘土である。
