The present invention addresses the problem of providing an early diagnosis method for ovarian cancer. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a method for diagnosing ovarian cancer possibility in a premenopausal subject, wherein, when the composition of the vaginal microflora of the subject is highly similar to the composition of the vaginal microflora of an ovarian cancer patient, then the subject is diagnosed as having ovarian cancer at a high possibility.

La présente invention a pour but de fournir une méthode de diagnostic précoce du cancer de l'ovaire. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention porte sur une méthode pour diagnostiquer la probabilité d'un cancer de l'ovaire chez un sujet préménopausé, où lorsque la composition de la microflore vaginale du sujet est très similaire à la composition de la microflore vaginale d'un patient atteint d'un cancer de l'ovaire, alors le sujet est diagnostiqué comme ayant une probabilité élevée de souffrir d'un cancer de l'ovaire.

本発明は、卵巣がんを早期に診断するための方法を解決課題とする。具体的には、本発明は、閉経前の被験者が卵巣がんに罹患している可能性を診断する方法であって、被験者の膣微生物叢の構成が、卵巣がん患者の膣微生物叢の構成と類似性が高い場合に、当該被験者は卵巣がんに罹患している可能性があると診断する方法である。
