The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for killing or removing a senescent cell selectively; a method for identifying a substance; and a method for purifying a senescent cell. More specifically, the present invention provides: a senescent cell removing agent which can be used for the removal of a senescent cell in a living body and contains a glutaminase inhibitor as an active ingredient; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the removing agent. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a senescent cell, comprising the following steps (a) to (c): (a) synchronizing the cell at the G2 phase; (b) activating p53 protein in the cell that has been synchronized at the G2 phase; and (c) inhibiting the PLK1 (polo-like kinase 1) activity in the cell that had undergone the treatment of step (b).

La présente invention a pour but de fournir : un procédé qui permette de détruire ou d'éliminer sélectivement des cellules sénescentes ; un procédé qui permette d'identifier une substance ; un procédé de purification de cellules sénescentes. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne : un agent d'élimination de cellules sénescentes qui peut être utilisé pour l'élimination de cellules sénescentes dans un corps vivant et qui contient un inhibiteur de la glutaminase en tant que principe actif ; une composition pharmaceutique contenant l'agent d'élimination. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de cellules sénescentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes (a) à (c) : (a) la synchronisation des cellules en phase G2 ; (b) l'activation de la protéine p53 dans les cellules qui ont été synchronisées en phase G2 ; (c) l'inhibition de l'activité de la PLK1 (polo-like kinase 1) dans les cellules qui ont été soumises au traitement de l'étape (b).

本発明は、老化細胞を選択に死滅または除去する方法および物質の同定、ならびに、老化細胞を純化する方法を解決課題とする。具体的には、本発明は、生体内の老化細胞を除去するための薬剤であって、グルタミナーゼ阻害剤を有効成分として含有する、老化細胞除去剤、当該除去剤を含む医薬組成物である。 さらに、本発明は、老化細胞を調製する方法であって、以下の工程(a)~(c)を含む方法である。 (a)細胞をG2期に同調させる工程、 (b)G2期に同調した細胞内のp53タンパク質を活性化する工程、および (c)工程(b)の処理を行った細胞内のPLK1(polo-like kinase 1)活性を阻害する工程
