Provided is a gas treatment device capable of preventing a reduction over time in performance of treating a VOC-containing gas to be treated. This gas treatment device is provided with: a casing; an inlet port through which a VOC-containing gas to be treated is introduced into the casing; an excimer lamp which is placed within the casing and comprises a tubular body having an elongated shape extending in a first direction, and the inside of which is filled with a discharge gas; an outlet port through which treated gas irradiated with UV radiation from the excimer lamp is sent to the outside of the casing; and a washing mechanism for spraying a first washing fluid containing water to the surface of the tubular body from the inside of the casing.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de gaz capable d'empêcher une réduction des performances du traitement d'un gaz contenant des COV à traiter dans le temps. Ce dispositif de traitement de gaz est pourvu : d'un boîtier ; d'un orifice d'entrée à travers lequel un gaz contenant des COV à traiter est introduit dans le boîtier ; d'une lampe à excimère placée à l'intérieur du boîtier et dotée d'un corps tubulaire de forme allongée s'étendant dans une première direction, et dont l'intérieur est rempli d'un gaz d'échappement ; d'un orifice de sortie à travers lequel un gaz traité irradié par un rayonnement UV provenant de la lampe à excimère est envoyé à l'extérieur du boîtier ; et d'un mécanisme de lavage pour pulvériser un premier fluide de lavage contenant de l'eau sur la surface du corps tubulaire à partir de l'intérieur du boîtier.
