In the present invention, when a target (30) is not supplied, binding by the nucleic acid sequence between the nucleic acid sequence of a portion of a detection sequence and a sequence complimentary thereto, from the solid phase surface side base end to the other end, is maintained. As a result, a quenching molecule (21) approaches a fluorescent molecule (11) and the fluorescence of the fluorescent molecule (11) is quenched. When the target (30) is supplied, the target binds to the detection sequence and the binding by the complimentary sequence is cancelled, which causes the quenching molecule (21) to separate from the fluorescent molecule (11), thus the fluorescent molecule presents fluorescence.

Dans la présente invention, lorsqu'une cible (30) n'est pas fournie, la liaison effectuée par la séquence d'acide nucléique entre la séquence d'acide nucléique d'une partie d'une séquence de détection et sa séquence complémentaire, allant de l'extrémité de la base latérale de surface de phase solide à l'autre extrémité, est maintenue. Par conséquent, une molécule d'extinction (21) s'approche d'une molécule fluorescente (11) et la fluorescence de la molécule fluorescente (11) est éteinte.
