Provided are an illumination device that can reduce luminance non-uniformity of illumination light, and an electronic apparatus in which the illumination device is incorporated. This electronic apparatus is provided with: a liquid crystal panel; and the illumination device that illuminates the liquid crystal panel. The illumination device is provided with: a first light guide plate that has a first opening comprising a notch or a through-hole, and that faces the liquid crystal panel; a first light source that faces the first light guide plate; a second light guide plate that is provided inside the first opening and that faces the liquid crystal panel; and a second light source that faces the second light guide plate.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage qui peut réduire la non-uniformité de luminance de la lumière d'éclairage, et un appareil électronique dans lequel le dispositif d'éclairage est incorporé. Cet appareil électronique est pourvu : d'un écran à cristaux liquides ; et du dispositif d'éclairage qui éclaire l'écran à cristaux liquides. Le dispositif d'éclairage comprend : une première plaque de guidage de lumière qui a une première ouverture comprenant une encoche ou un trou traversant, et qui fait face à l'écran à cristaux liquides ; une première source de lumière qui fait face à la première plaque de guidage de lumière ; une seconde plaque de guidage de lumière qui est disposée à l'intérieur de la première ouverture et qui fait face à l'écran à cristaux liquides ; et une seconde source de lumière qui fait face à la seconde plaque de guidage de lumière.
