The present invention provides: a liquid crystal composite body that is suitable for light control and contains a liquid crystal composition which satisfies at least one of characteristics including high upper limit temperature, low lower limit temperature, low viscosity, large optical anisotropy and large positive dielectric anisotropy, or which has an adequate balance between at least two of these characteristics; and a liquid crystal light control element which comprises this liquid crystal composite body. This liquid crystal composite body contains a polymer and a liquid crystal composition that contains a specific compound having large positive dielectric anisotropy; and this liquid crystal composite body may additionally contain a specific compound that has a high upper limit temperature or a low lower limit temperature, or a specific compound that has large negative dielectric anisotropy.

La présente invention concerne : un corps composite à cristaux liquides qui est adapté à la commande de lumière et contient une composition de cristaux liquides qui satisfait au moins l'une des caractéristiques parmi une température élevée de limite haute, une basse température de limite basse, une faible viscosité, une grande anisotropie optique et une grande anisotropie diélectrique positive, ou qui présente un équilibre adéquat entre au moins deux de ces caractéristiques ; et un élément de commande de lumière à cristaux liquides contenant ledit corps composite à cristaux liquides.
