[Problem] When forming a sound absorbing/insulating honeycomb panel by layering and adhering together an air-permeable material, a honeycomb material filled with a sound absorbing material, and a reflective material, there has been a problem where, since the thickness of the wall surface of the honeycomb material is thin, adhesion with the air permeable material is difficult because such adhesion is between a line and a surface, and adhesive strength is also low. [Solution] A water-absorbing honeycomb material is used and ends of wall surfaces of cells of the honeycomb material are immersed in a water-soluble adhesive to make the ends flexible over a fixed period of time, and thereafter the ends are strongly pressed against the air permeable material serving as an adhesion partner so that tip portions of the ends deform into an inverted T-shape, thereby adhering while widening the adhesive area.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est que, lors de la formation d'un panneau en nid d'abeilles insonorisant/isolant par stratification et collage ensemble d'un matériau perméable à l'air, d'un matériau en nid d'abeilles rempli d'un matériau insonorisant et d'un matériau réfléchissant, étant donné que l'épaisseur de la surface de paroi du matériau en nid d'abeilles est mince, l'adhérence avec le matériau perméable à l'air est difficile étant donné qu'une telle adhérence se trouve entre une ligne et une surface, et la force adhésive est également faible. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur l’utilisation d’un matériau en nid d'abeilles absorbant l'eau et l’immersion des extrémités de surfaces de paroi de cellules du matériau en nid d'abeilles dans un adhésif hydrosoluble afin de rendre les extrémités souples sur une période de temps fixe, puis la forte pression des extrémités contre le matériau perméable à l'air servant de partenaire d'adhérence de sorte que les parties de pointe des extrémités se déforment en forme de T inversé, ce qui permet de faire adhérer la zone adhésive tout en l'élargissant.

【課題】 通気性材、吸音材を充填したハニカム材、反射材を積層して互いに接着し吸遮音ハニカムパネルを形成するとき、ハニカム材の壁面の厚みが薄いので通気性材との接着が線と面の接着となるので難しく、接着強度が低いという課題が有った。 【解決手段】 吸水性ハニカム材を使用して、そのセルの壁面の端部を水溶系接着剤に浸漬し、その端部を一定時間かけて柔軟化させた後に、接着する相手である通気性材に強く押し付けて先端部分を逆T字型に変形させることにより接着面積を拡大しつつ接着する。
