Abstract

The invention concerns a continuous cleaning installation (1) of a passing strip (S) comprises a tank (2), an aqueous solution (3) inside said tank (2). It also comprises at least a roller (4) immerged in said aqueous solution (3), at least an ultrasound emitting mean (5), means for feeding (6) an aqueous solution and emptying (7) the tank. Moreover, it also comprises means for estimating (8) the aqueous solution level, means for calculating (9) for each ultrasound emitting mean (5) its distance to the aqueous solution level and means for controlling the power (10) of the at least one ultrasound emitting mean (5) and at least an impermeable closable opening (11) on at least a lateral side of said tank through which the at least one ultrasound emitting mean (5) can pass.

L'invention concerne une installation de nettoyage continu (1) d'une bande passante (S) comprenant un réservoir (2), une solution aqueuse (3) à l'intérieur dudit réservoir (2). L'invention comprend en outre au moins un rouleau (4) immergé dans ladite solution aqueuse (3), au moins un moyen d'émission d'ultrasons (5), des moyens d'alimentation (6) d'une solution aqueuse et le vidage (7) du réservoir. De plus, elle comprend en outre des moyens d'estimation (8) du niveau de la solution aqueuse, des moyens de calcul (9) pour chaque moyen d'émission d'ultrasons (5) de sa distance par rapport au niveau de la solution aqueuse et des moyens de commande de la puissance (10) du ou des moyens d'émission d'ultrasons (5) et au moins une ouverture (11) pouvant être fermée imperméable sur au moins un côté latéral dudit réservoir à travers lequel l'au moins un moyen d'émission d'ultrasons (5) peut passer.
