Fluid pump device provided with a fluid pump element with a drive (3) and further provided with a control unit (18) that is connected to a pressure sensor (17) configured to measure the pressure of the fluid, downstream from the fluid pump element, characterised in that the drive (3) comprises a brushless, double-feed synchronous reluctance motor with a rotor (10) and at least one stator (11), whereby the rotor (10) is configured to drive or form a driven shaft (9), whereby the drive is further provided with at least two windings (12 and 13), at least one winding (12) of which is connected to a fixed frequency power supply (14) and at least one other winding (13) is connected to a frequency converter (15), and that said control unit (18) is also connected to said frequency converter (15) and is provided with an algorithm to control the drive (3) based on a reading from said pressure sensor (17), such that the pressure of the fluid, downstream from the fluid pump element: - is set to a desired value; or - is kept within a certain pressure range, this pressure range being defined by an upper and lower limit of the pressure of the fluid, downstream from the fluid pump element.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de pompe à fluide qui comporte un élément de pompe à fluide ayant un entraînement (3) et qui comporte en outre une unité de commande (18) qui est reliée à un capteur de pression (17) configuré pour mesurer la pression du fluide, en aval de l'élément de pompe à fluide, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (3) comprend un moteur à réluctance synchrone à double alimentation sans balais doté d'un rotor (10) et d'au moins un stator (11), le rotor (10) étant configuré pour entraîner ou pour former un arbre entraîné (9), l'entraînement étant en outre pourvu d'au moins deux enroulements (12 et 13), dont au moins un enroulement (12) est relié à une alimentation électrique à fréquence fixe (14) et au moins un autre enroulement (13) est relié à un convertisseur de fréquence (15), et en ce que ladite unité de commande (18) est également reliée audit convertisseur de fréquence (15) et est pourvue d'un algorithme pour commander l'entraînement (3) sur la base d'une lecture dudit capteur de pression (17) de telle sorte que la pression du fluide, en aval de l'élément de pompe à fluide : - soit fixée à une valeur souhaitée ; ou - soit maintenue dans une certaine plage de pression, cette plage de pression étant définie par une limite supérieure et inférieure de la pression du fluide, en aval de l'élément de pompe à fluide.
