The invention is a water diverter apparatus comprising - a housing (10) having an inlet section (12) and two outlet sections (14), with a separation angle of less than 180° between the outlet sections (14), and - a flow directing member that can be adjusted by rotation about a shaft (18) supported in the housing (10). The apparatus is characterised in that - the flow directing member is a closing member (16) arranged downstream of the shaft (18), the closing member (16) being connected with the shaft (18) via a spacer (17) and having a closing surface arranged transversely to a flow direction, the closing member (16) having a first position adapted to close one of the outlet sections (14), a second position adapted to close the other outlet section (14), and a third position between the first and the second positions, adapted to allow water to flow into both outlet sections (14). The invention is furthermore a method for operating a water diverter apparatus.

L'invention concerne un appareil de dérivation d'eau comprenant : - un logement (10) pourvu d'une partie entrée (12) et de deux parties sortie (14), avec un angle de séparation inférieur à 180° entre les parties sortie (14), et - un élément d'orientation d'écoulement pouvant être ajusté par rotation autour d'un arbre (18) soutenu dans le logement (10). L'appareil selon l'invention se caractérise en ce que : - l'élément d'orientation d'écoulement est un élément de fermeture (16) disposé en aval de l'arbre (18), l'élément de fermeture (16) étant relié à l'arbre (18) par l'intermédiaire d'un espaceur (17) et comportant une surface de fermeture disposée transversale au sens d'écoulement, l'élément de fermeture (16) présentant une première position conçue pour fermer l'une des parties sortie (14), une deuxième position conçue pour fermer l'autre partie sortie (14) et une troisième position, entre la première et la deuxième position, conçue pour permettre l'écoulement de l'eau dans les deux parties sortie (14). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation de cet appareil de dérivation d'eau.
