Abstract

A system (10) for tuning of axis control of a multi-axis machine (30) and a method (40) of operating the same are proposed. The system (10) comprises a knowledge base (11) for acquiring (41) and maintaining factual knowledge (20) associated with the tuning of the axis control. The factual knowledge (20) has a uniform ontology (21) a uniform data representation and comprises known input facts (211) associated with known output facts (212). The system (10) further comprises an inference unit (12) for automatically inferring (42) new output facts associated with given new input facts in accordance with the factual knowledge (20).

L'invention concerne un système (10) pour le réglage de la commande d'axe d'une machine à axes multiples (30) et un procédé (40) de fonctionnement de celui-ci. Le système (10) comprend une base de connaissances (11) pour acquérir (41) et maintenir une connaissance factuelle (20) associée à l'accord de la commande d'axe. La connaissance factuelle (20) a une ontologie uniforme (21) une représentation de données uniforme et comprend des faits d'entrée connus (211) associés à des faits de sortie connus (212). Le système (10) comprend en outre une unité d'inférence (12) pour inférer automatiquement (42) de nouveaux faits de sortie associés à de nouveaux faits d'entrée donnés conformément aux connaissances factuelles (20).
