Abstract

The present invention provides a generator arranged to be driven by an aircraft engine, the generator comprising a stator and a rotor. The stator comprises a stator core having a substantially annular cross section and having a plurality of slots longitudinally extending in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the stator, for receiving conductors to form windings of the stator, and a plurality of power channels, wherein each power channel comprises a set of windings having at least a first phase winding, the first phase winding comprising a first set of coils comprising a plurality of conductors wound in a lap winding configuration, the first set of coils having a split phase belt such that the first set of coils comprises at least a first coil and a second coil, the first coil being mechanically shifted with respect to the second coil by a predetermined number of slots of the stator. The rotor comprises a permanent magnet adapted to reduce eddy-current losses, for example, by laminating the rotor magnets.

La présente invention concerne un générateur agencé de manière à être entraîné par un moteur d’aéronef, le générateur comprenant un stator et un rotor. Le stator comprend un noyau de stator ayant une section transversale sensiblement annulaire et ayant une pluralité d’encoches s’étendant longitudinalement dans une direction d’un axe longitudinal du stator, destinées à recevoir des conducteurs pour former des enroulements du stator, et une pluralité de canaux de puissance, chaque canal de puissance comprenant un ensemble d’enroulements ayant au moins un premier enroulement de phase, le premier enroulement de phase comprenant un premier ensemble de bobines comprenant une pluralité de conducteurs enroulés selon une configuration d’enroulement imbriqué, le premier ensemble de bobines ayant une courroie de phase divisée de sorte que le premier ensemble de bobines comprend au moins une première bobine et une deuxième bobine, la première bobine étant mécaniquement décalée par rapport à la deuxième bobine d’un nombre préétabli d’encoches du stator. Le rotor comprend un aimant permanent pouvant réduire les pertes par courant de Foucault, par exemple, en stratifiant les aimants de rotor.
