Abstract

An electrical connection encapsulation device (12; 12') for electrically connecting a flexible flat cable (14) to discrete electrical wires (46, 48) is presented. The electrical connection encapsulation device (12') comprises a flexible flat cable (14) with a dielectric, planar, flexible carrier (16) and at least one electrically conductive line (22, 24, 26, 28) attached to at least one surface (20), a first flat, soft and pliable material layer (50) and a second flat, soft and pliable material layer (52), attached to the first surface (18) and the second surface (20) of the flexible carrier (16), respectively, by adhesive bonds, at least one electrical connector member (32, 34, 36, 38) that is electrically connectable to a discrete electrical wire (46, 48) at one end and to the a least one electrically conductive line (22, 24, 26, 28) with the other end at least in an operational state. The first (50) and second flat, soft and pliable material layers (52) are arranged to at least partially overlap the at least one electrically conductive line (22, 24, 26, 28) in the connecting end region (40) in the perpendicular direction (44), and to extend beyond the end of the at least one electrical connector member (32, 34, 36, 38) that is facing away from the connecting end region (40).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'encapsulation de connexion électrique destiné à connecter électriquement un câble plat souple (14) à des fils électriques discrets (46, 48). Le dispositif d'encapsulation de connexion électrique (12') comprend un câble plat souple (14) avec un support souple, plan, diélectrique (16) et au moins une ligne électriquement conductrice (22, 24, 26, 28) fixée à au moins une surface (20), une première couche de matériau plat, souple et pliable (50) et une seconde couche de matériau plat, souple et pliable (52), fixées à la première surface (18) et à la seconde surface (20) du support souple (16), respectivement, par des liaisons adhésives, au moins un élément de connecteur électrique (32, 34, 36, 38) qui est électriquement connectable à un fil électrique discret (46, 48) au niveau d'une extrémité et à l'au moins une ligne électriquement conductrice (22, 24, 26, 28) avec l'autre extrémité au moins dans un état opérationnel. Les première (50) et seconde couches de matériau plat, souple et pliable (52) sont agencées pour chevaucher au moins partiellement l'au moins une ligne électriquement conductrice (22, 24, 26, 28) dans la région d'extrémité de connexion (40) dans la direction perpendiculaire (44), et s'étendre au-delà de l'extrémité de l'au moins un élément de connecteur électrique (32, 34, 36, 38) qui est opposé à la région d'extrémité de liaison (40).
