Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Fertigungseinrichtung (1) zum additiven Fertigen eines Bauteils aus einem Pulvermaterial (5), wobei wenigstens eine optische Aufnahme einer Arbeitspulverschicht (7) eines Pulvermaterials (5) an einem Bauort (3) der Fertigungseinrichtung (1) angefertigt wird, wobei die wenigstens eine optische Aufnahme lokal ausgewertet wird, wobei die Arbeitspulverschicht (7) anhand der Auswertung der wenigstens einen optischen Aufnahme auf lokale Beschichtungsfehler untersucht wird.

The invention relates to a method for operating a manufacturing device (1) for the additive manufacturing of a component from a powder material (5), wherein at least one optically captured image of a working powder layer (7) of a powder material (5) is recorded at the building location (3) of the manufacturing device (1), wherein the at least one optical image is locally evaluated, wherein, on the basis of the evaluation of the at least one optical image, the working powder layer (7) is examined for local coating defects.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif de fabrication (1) pour la fabrication additive d'une pièce à partir d'un matériau pulvérulent (5), au moins un enregistrement optique d'une couche de poudre de travail (7) d'un matériau pulvérulent (5) étant réalisé sur un lieu de construction (3) du dispositif de fabrication (1), l'enregistrement ou les enregistrements optiques étant évalués localement, des défauts locaux de revêtement étant recherchés dans la couche de poudre de travail (7) sur la base de l'évaluation de l'enregistrement ou des enregistrements optiques.
