Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für die Kontrolle eines Dickenprofils (DP) einer Folienbahn (FB) entlang einer Querrichtung (QR) mittels einer Vielzahl von Stellmitteln (120) zum Stellen einer Spaltöffnung (112) einer Austrittsdüse (110) der Flachfolienmaschine (100), aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: − Erfassen eines Dickenprofils (DP) entlang der Querrichtung (QR) der Folienbahn (FB) quer zu einer Produktionsrichtung (PR) der Flachfolienmaschine (100), − Vergleich wenigstens eines Teilabschnitts des erfassten Dickenprofils (DP) mit einem Vorgabeprofil (VP), − Bestimmen zumindest einer lokalen Profilabweichung (PA) in einem Abweichungsabschnitt (AA) als Ergebnis des Vergleichs, − Erzeugen wenigstens eines Kontrolleingriffs für die Verstellung von wenigstens einem Stellmittel (120) in einem von dem Abweichungsabschnitt (AA) unterschiedlichen Eingriffsabschnitt (EA).

The invention relates to a method for controlling the thickness profile (DP) of a film web (FB) along a transverse direction (QR) by means of a plurality of setting means (120) for setting a gap opening (112) of an outlet nozzle (110) of the flat film machine (100), said method comprising the following steps: − detecting a thickness profile (DP) along the transverse direction (QR) of the film web (FB) transverse to a production direction (PR) of the flat film machine (100), − comparing at least one partial section of the detected thickness profile (DP) with a predefined profile (VP), − determining at least one local profile deviation (PA) in a deviation section (AA) as a result of the comparison, and − generating at least one control intervention for adjusting at least one setting means (120) in an intervention section (EA) that differs from the deviation section (AA).

L’invention concerne un procédé permettant de contrôler un profil d’épaisseur (DP) d’une feuille continue (FB) le long d’une direction transversale (QR), au moyen d’une pluralité de moyens de réglage (120) destinés à régler une ouverture en fente (112) d’une buse de sortie (110) de la machine à produire des feuilles plates (100), ledit procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : détecter un profil d’épaisseur (DP) le long d’une direction transversale(QR) de la bande continue (FB) transversalement à une direction de production (PR) de la machine de production de feuilles plates (100), comparer au moins un segment partiel du profil d’épaisseur (DP) détecté avec un profil par défaut (VP), déterminer au moins un écart de profil (PA) local dans une partie d’écart (AA) comme résultat de la comparaison, effectuer au moins une intervention de contrôle pour le déplacement d’au moins un moyen de réglage (120) dans une partie d’intervention (EA) différente de la partie d’écart (AA).
