Es wird ein Konzept zur Bestimmung des Verhaltens von faserverstärkten Kunststoffen offenbart, welches diese während ihrer Herstellung zeigen. Mit dem Bestimmungsergebnis kann auf das Verhalten der faserverstärkten Kunststoffe während ihrer Herstellung in einem Strangziehprozess geschlossen werden. In Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (100) weist das Verfahren (100) das Aufbringen eine Faser/Kunststoff-Preformlings (26) auf einen Rotationsdorn (24) und das Einbringen (102) des Dorns in eine beheizte Versuchsform (25) auf (Schritt 101). Form (25) und Dorn (26) werden relativ zueinander gedreht (Schritt 102) und wenigstens ein Wert des Antriebsmoments und/oder des Abstützmoments wird erfasst (Schritt 103). Mittels des wenigstens einen Wertes kann ein Parameter eines Produktionsprozesses in einer Fertigungslinie (10) zum Strangziehen ermittelt werden.

The invention relates to a method for determining the behaviour of fibre-reinforced plastics shown during production of same. Conclusions can be drawn from the determination outcome as to the behaviour of the fibre-reinforced plastics during the production thereof in a pultrusion process. In embodiments of the method (100) according to the invention, the method (100) comprises applying a fibre/plastic preform (26) to a rotation mandrel (24) and inserting (102) the mandrel into a heated test mould (25) (step 101). The mould (25) and mandrel (26) are rotated relative to one another (step 102) and at least one value is acquired for the drive torque and/or the support torque (step 103). A parameter of a production process in a pultrusion production line (10) can be determined by means of the at least one value.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer le comportement adopté par des plastiques renforcés par des fibres pendant leur fabrication. Le résultat de la détermination permet de déduire le comportement des plastiques renforcés par des fibres pendant leur fabrication au cours d'un processus d'extrusion par étirage. Selon des modes de réalisation du procédé selon l'invention (100), le procédé (100) consiste à appliquer une ébauche préformée en fibres/plastique (26) sur une broche de rotation (24) et à introduire (102) la broche dans un moule d'essai chauffé (25) (étape 101). Le moule (25) et la broche (26) sont mis en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre (étape 102), et au moins une valeur du couple d'entraînement et/ou du couple d'appui est enregistrée (étape 103). Un paramètre d'un processus de production dans une chaîne de fabrication (10) permettant l'extrusion par étirage peut être déterminé au moyen de ladite valeur.
