The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target RNA polynucleotide by using a catcher polynucleotide which anneals to at least a portion of the target RNA polynucleotide, and a catalytically-inactive crRNA-guided (CRISPR RNA) RNA-binding protein which binds to the target RNA polynucleotide. Further envisaged is a kit for detecting a specific target RNA polynucleotide comprising inter alia one or more catcher polynucleotides complementary to at least a portion of the target RNA polynucleotide, a mature crRNA molecule which is specific for a target sequence on the target RNA polynucleotide and a catalytically-inactive crRNA-guided RNA-binding protein; as well as the use of these ingredients for the detection of the target RNA polynucleotide.

Procédé de détection d'un polynucléotide d'ARN cible à l'aide d'un polynucléotide de capture s'hybridant à au moins une partie du polynucléotide d'ARN cible, et une protéine de liaison à L'ARN guidée par ARNcr (ARN CRISPR) catalytiquement inactive se liant au polynucléotide d'ARN cible. L'invention porte en outre sur un kit de détection d'un polynucléotide d'ARN cible spécifique comprenant, entre autres, un ou plusieurs polynucléotides de capture complémentaires d'au moins une partie du polynucléotide d'ARN cible, une molécule d'ARNcr mature étant spécifique pour une séquence cible sur le polynucléotide d'ARN cible et une protéine de liaison à l'ARN guidée par ARNcr catalytiquement inactive; ainsi que l'utilisation de ces ingrédients pour la détection du polynucléotide d'ARN cible.
