Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abgasturbolader (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einer Welle (2) auf welcher ein Turbinenrad (3) und ein Verdichterrad (4) angeordnet sind; einem Ölzuführpfad, über den Öl zur Schmierung der Welle (2) in den Abgasturbolader (1) zuführbar ist; einem Steuerventil (14), welches in dem Ölzuführpfad angeordnet ist, und einer Steuereinheit (19), welche angepasst ist, das Steuerventil (14) in Abhängigkeit von einer Drehzahl der Welle (2) oder einem die Drehzahl der Welle (2) repräsentierenden Motorparameter derart anzusteuern, dass unterhalb einer bestimmten Drehzahl die Ölzufuhr an die Welle (2) verringert oder abgesperrt wird. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Steuern solch eines - Abgasturboladers (1) sowie ein Kraftfahrzeug mit solch einem Abgasturbolader (1).

The invention relates to a turbocharger (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising: a shaft (2), on which a turbine wheel (3) and a compressor wheel (4) are arranged; an oil supply path, by means of which oil for lubricating the shaft (2) can be fed into the turbocharger (1); a control valve (14), which is arranged in the oil supply path; and a control unit (19), which is suitable for controlling the control valve (14), in dependence on the rotational speed of the shaft (2) or on an engine parameter representing the rotational speed of the shaft (2), in such a way that the oil supply to the shaft (2) is reduced or cut off below a certain rotational speed. The invention further relates to a method for controlling a turbocharger (1) of this type and to a motor vehicle having a turbocharger (1) of this type.

L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement (1) pour un véhicule à moteur, comprenant : un arbre (2), sur lequel sont disposées une roue de turbine (3) et une roue de compresseur (4) ; un chemin d'amenée d'huile, par l'intermédiaire duquel de l'huile peut être amenée dans le turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement (1) aux fins de la lubrification de l'arbre (2) ; une soupape de commande (14), laquelle est disposé sur le chemin d'amenée d'huile ; et une unité de commande (19), laquelle est adaptée pour piloter la soupape de commande (14) en fonction d'une vitesse de rotation d'arbre (2) ou d'un paramètre de moteur représentant la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre (2) de telle manière que l'amenée d'huile à l'arbre (2) est réduite ou fermée sous une vitesse de rotation définie. L’invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé servant à commander un turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement (1) de ce type, ainsi qu’un véhicule à moteur équipé d’un turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement (1) de ce type.
