Der Gegenstand betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Anschlussteils (22) für elektrische Anlagen, insbesondere für ein Bordnetz eines Kraftfahrzeugs, umfassend: Tiefziehen eines Blechzuschnitts zur Herstellung einer einen ersten Endbereich (6) und einen zweiten Endbereich (10) aufweisenden Hülse (2), wobei der erste Endbereich (6) einen Boden (8) aufweist und wobei der zweite Endbereich (10) offen ist, Umformen, insbesondere Verpressen, des zweiten Endbereichs (10) zur Erstellung einer Lasche (14) und Einbringen eines Durchgangslochs (20) in die Lasche (14). Der Gegenstand betrifft ebenfalls ein Anschlussteil (22) für elektrische Anlagen, insbesondere für ein Bordnetz eines Kraftfahrzeugs sowie eine Verbindung eines Anschlussteils (22) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit einem aus mehreren Drähten (26) oder Litzen gebildeten Kabel (24).

The invention relates to a method for producing a connector part (22) for electrical installations, in particular for an on-board electrical system of a motor vehicle, comprising the steps of: deep-drawing a sheet blank in order to produce a sleeve (2) having a first end region (6) and a second end region (10), the first end region (6) having a base (8), and the second end region (10) being open; deforming, in particular compressing, the second end region (10) in order to create a tab (14) and introducing a through-hole (20) in the tab (14). The invention also relates to a connector part (22) for electrical installations, in particular for an on-board electrical system of a motor vehicle, and to a connection of between a connector part (22) according to one of the preceding claims and a cable (24) formed from a plurality of wires (26) or litz wires.

L’invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d’une pièce de raccordement (22) pour installations électriques, en particulier pour un réseau de bord d’un véhicule automobile, comprenant : l’emboutissage d’un flan de tôle pour la fabrication d’une douille (2) comprenant une première zone d'extrémité (6) et une deuxième zone d'extrémité (10), la première zone d'extrémité (6) comprenant un fond (8) et la deuxième zone d'extrémité (10) étant ouverte, le formage, en particulier la compression, de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (10) pour la fabrication d’une languette (14) et l’introduction d’un trou de passage (20) dans la languette (14).
