Ein Leiterplatten-Transformator (16) umfasst eine mehrschichtige Leiterplatte (22), die abwechselnd Isolierlagen (24) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material und Leiterlagen (26) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material aufweist, und eine erste Spule (28a) und eine zweite Spule (28b), die in der mehrschichtigen Leiterplatte (22) gebildet sind; wobei Leiterschleifen (34a, 34b) der Spulen (28a, 28b) aus Leiterbahnabschnitten (30) und Durchkontaktierungen (32) gebildet sind; und wobei eine Leiterschleife (34a, 34b) wenigstens zwei Leiterbahnabschnitte (30a, 30b; 30c, 30d) in verschiedenen Leiterlagen (26a, 26d; 26b, 26c) aufweist, die durch eine Durchkontaktierung (32a, 32b; 32c, 32d) verbunden sind.

The invention relates to a circuit-board transformer (16) comprising: a multi-layer circuit board (22), which has, in alternation, insulating layers (24) made of an electrically insulating material and conducting layers (26) made of an electrically conductive material; and a first coil (28a) and a second coil (28b), which are formed in the multi-layer circuit board (22). Conductor loops (34a, 34b) of the coils (28a, 28b) are formed from conducting track portions (30) and vias (32), a conductor loop (34a, 34b) having at least two conducting track portions (30a, 30b; 30c, 30d) in different conducting layers (26a, 26d; 26b, 26c), which are connected by a via (32a, 32b; 32c, 32d).
