The invention describes a method for controlling pellet quality in iron ore production, comprising the steps of mixing water, binder and iron ore particles in at least one mixer to form a mixture (step (i)) and pelletizing the mixture into green pellets (step (ii)). Between step (i) and step (ii), a part of the mixture is taken in a sampling operation, formed into a test specimen and subjected to a test.

L'invention concerne un procédé de régulation de la qualité de pastilles dans la production de minerai de fer, comprenant les étapes consistant à mélanger de l'eau, un liant et des particules de minerai de fer dans au moins un mélangeur pour former un mélange (étape (i)) et à granuler le mélange en pastilles vertes (étape (ii)). Entre l'étape (i) et l'étape (ii), une partie du mélange est prélevée dans une opération d'échantillonnage, formée en un échantillon d'essai et soumise à un test.
