Disclosed in the present invention are a reinforcing part applied to a loudspeaker diaphragm, and a diaphragm. The reinforcing part is a multilayer composite structure. The reinforcing part comprises a support layer and at least one heat dissipation layer fixedly bonded to at least one side surface of the support layer; the support layer comprises through holes penetrating both side surfaces of the support layer; the reinforcing part further comprises a heat-conducting filler located in the through holes; the heat conductivity coefficient of the filler is higher than that of the support layer. The reinforcing part of the present invention can improve the heat conductivity between the both sides of the support layer. The loudspeaker employing this reinforcement part structure can quickly conduct heat from a rear sound cavity to a front sound cavity, and then dissipate the heat to the outside by means of the flow of air between the front sound cavity and the outside, thereby quickly dissipating heat of the loudspeaker.

La présente invention concerne une partie de renforcement appliquée à un diaphragme de haut-parleur, et un diaphragme. La partie de renforcement est une structure composite multicouche. La partie de renforcement comprend une couche de support et au moins une couche de dissipation de chaleur liée de manière fixe à au moins une surface latérale de la couche de support ; la couche de support comprend des trous traversants pénétrant les deux surfaces latérales de la couche de support ; la partie de renforcement comprend en outre une charge thermoconductrice située dans les trous traversants ; le coefficient de conductivité thermique de la charge est supérieur à celui de la couche de support. La partie de renforcement de la présente invention peut améliorer la conductivité thermique entre les deux côtés de la couche de support. Le haut-parleur utilisant cette structure de partie de renforcement peut conduire rapidement de la chaleur d'une cavité sonore arrière vers une cavité sonore avant, puis dissiper la chaleur vers l'extérieur au moyen du flux d'air entre la cavité sonore avant et l'extérieur, ce qui permet de dissiper rapidement la chaleur du haut-parleur.

本发明公开一种应用于扬声器振膜的补强部及振膜,所述补强部为多层的复合层结构,该补强部包括支承层以及与所述支承层的至少一侧表面固定结合的至少一层散热层,所述支承层上包括有贯穿支承层两侧表面的通孔,所述补强部还包括有位于所述通孔内的用于导热的填充物,所述填充物的导热系数高于所述支承层的导热系数。本发明的补强部可提高支承层两侧之间能够导热能力。采用此种补强部结构的扬声器可将热量从后声腔中快速传导到前声腔中,进而通过前声腔与外界空气的流动,将该热量向外散发,从而对扬声器快速散热。
