The present application discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel is divided into a display region and a non-display region, and the non-display region is located at the periphery of the display region; a retaining wall structure is arranged between the display region and the non-display region for blocking alignment solution, and the retaining wall structure is connected from end to end surrounding the periphery of the display region; the non-display region of the display panel comprises a fan-out region; the retaining wall structure comprises a metal layer, and the metal layer of the retaining wall structure and the metal layer of the fan-out region are formed on different layers.
