The present invention relates to a rigid metal pipe with thicker ends (T, T1, T2), to a method and to a system for manufacturing these rigid metal pipes (T, T1, T2) and a submarine riser made from these rigid metal pipes (T, T1, T2) that is intended for use in the fields of offshore production, regardless of the water depth of the environment and/or of the contaminants in the fluid produced.

La présente invention concerne un tube rigide métallique à extrémités plus épaisses (T, T1, T2), un procédé et un système de fabrication de ces tubes rigides métalliques (T, T1, T2), et une colonne montante sous-marine, construite à p artir de ces tubes rigides métalliques (T, T1, T2), trouvant une application dans les domaines de la production offshore, indépendamment du niveau de profondeur de l'eau de l'environnement et/ou des contaminants du fluide produit.
