Abstract

The invention refers to a device and a method for analysis of qualities of liquid foods. The invention combines the speed of ultrasonic measurement of the quality parameters, with simultaneous correction of data of the parallel infrared measurement in a narrow range of 2500 ηm from any part of the mid-range infrared spectrum to detect harmful impurities in the examined product, where a bundled report is recalculated through the correction data from the infrared measurement, which reports the presence, the type and the quantity of the impurities. The invention refers to a device with two parallel independent measuring circles for ultrasonic measurement (2) and infrared measurement (5) with a mutual block for processing of the reported data (8) and a mutual user interface (12), which is divided into three reporting zones - for reporting of the data from each measurement circle separately and for reporting and management of the bundled, corrected data.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'analyse de qualités d'aliments liquides. L'invention combine la vitesse de mesure ultrasonique des paramètres de qualité, avec une correction simultanée de données de la mesure infrarouge parallèle dans une plage étroite de 2500 ηm à partir de n'importe quelle partie du spectre infrarouge de plage moyenne pour détecter des impuretés nocives dans le produit examiné, un rapport groupé étant recalculé à travers les données de correction à partir de la mesure infrarouge, qui rapporte la présence, le type et la quantité des impuretés. L'invention concerne un dispositif ayant deux cercles de mesure indépendants parallèles pour une mesure ultrasonique (2) et une mesure infrarouge (5) avec un bloc mutuel pour le traitement des données rapportées (8) et une interface utilisateur mutuelle (12), qui est divisée en trois zones de rapport pour rapporter les données provenant de chaque cercle de mesure séparément et pour rapporter et gérer les données corrigées regroupées.
