A system and method for recognizing and forecasting anomalous sensory behavioral patterns of a machine, including: monitoring a first set of time-stamped sensory input data related to at least one machine; determining, upon analysis of the first set of time-stamped sensory input data, a first suspicious pattern of a first anomalous sensory input behavior associated with the first set of time-stamped sensory input data; comparing the first suspicious pattern to a second pattern of a second anomalous sensory input behavior that is associated with a second set of time-stamped sensory input data, wherein the second pattern previously determined to be indicative of a machine failure; and, determining if the first suspicious pattern is correlated above a predetermined threshold with the second pattern.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de reconnaissance et de prévision de modes comportementaux sensoriels anormaux d'une machine. L'invention comprend : la surveillance d'un premier jeu de données d'entrée sensorielles horodatées connexes à au moins une machine ; la détermination, lors de l'analyse du premier jeu de données d'entrée sensorielles horodatées, d'un premier mode suspect d'un premier comportement d'entrée sensoriel anormal associé au premier jeu de données d'entrée sensorielles horodatées ; la comparaison du premier mode suspect à un second mode d'un second comportement d'entrée sensoriel anormal qui est associé à un second jeu de données d'entrée sensorielles horodatées, le second mode étant préalablement déterminé comme étant indicatif d'une défaillance de machine ; et, la détermination que le premier mode suspect est ou non corrélé, au-dessus d'un seuil prédéterminé, au second mode.
