Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may participate in a registration procedure with an access and mobility management function (AMF). The UE may transmit to the AMF, as part of the registration procedure, an indication of one or more single network slice selection assistance information (S-NSSAI) or a network slice selection assistance information (NSSAI). Following, the UE may receive a control message from the AMF, wherein the control message includes one or more encrypted S-NSSAI values or an encrypted NSSAI value based on the indication. The UE may then transmit the encrypted S-NSSAI or the encrypted NSSAI to a base station as part of a message.

L’invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des dispositifs pour les communications sans fil. Un équipement utilisateur (UE) peut participer à une procédure d'enregistrement avec une fonction d'accès et de gestion de mobilité (AMF). L'UE peut transmettre à l'AMF, dans le cadre de la procédure d'enregistrement, une indication d'une ou plusieurs informations d'aide à la sélection de tranche de réseau unique (S-NSSAI) ou d'une ou plusieurs informations d'aide à la sélection de tranche de réseau (NSSAI). Après, l'UE peut recevoir un message de commande provenant de l'AMF, le message de commande comprenant une ou plusieurs valeurs S-NSSAI chiffrées ou une valeur NSSAI chiffrée sur la base de l'indication. L'UE peut ensuite transmettre les S-NSSAI chiffrées ou les NSSAI chiffrées à une station de base en tant que partie d'un message.
