Abstract

A liquid spraying system having an elongated liquid supply boom and a plurality of spray nozzle assemblies. The spray nozzle assemblies have a compact design with a nozzle body having a liquid inlet and a first spray nozzle carrying liquid outlet section on opposite upper and lower sides, second and third spray nozzle carrying liquid outlet sections disposed in transverse relation to the supply boom; and first and second check valve supporting sections disposed parallel to the liquid supply boom. A first of check valves is operable for controlling liquid flow from the supply boom to one or both of the second and third spray nozzles, and a second check valve is operable for controlling liquid flow from said liquid inlet to said first spray nozzle. The illustrated check valves are operable in response to the pressure of the supply liquid.

L'invention concerne un système de pulvérisation de liquide ayant une rampe d'alimentation en liquide allongée et une pluralité d'ensembles buses de pulvérisation. Les ensembles buses de pulvérisation ont une conception compacte avec un corps de buse ayant une entrée de liquide et une première buse de pulvérisation portant une section de sortie de liquide sur des côtés supérieur et inférieur opposés, des deuxième et troisième sections de sortie de liquide portant des sections de sortie de liquide disposées selon une relation transversale avec la rampe d'alimentation ; et des première et deuxième sections de support de soupape de retenue disposées parallèlement à la rampe d'alimentation en liquide. Un premier clapet de non-retour peut fonctionner pour commander l'écoulement de liquide depuis la rampe d'alimentation vers l'une ou les deux des deuxième et troisième buses de pulvérisation, et un deuxième clapet de non-retour est utilisable pour commander l'écoulement de liquide de ladite entrée de liquide à ladite première buse de pulvérisation. Les clapets anti-retour illustrés peuvent fonctionner en réponse à la pression du liquide d'alimentation.
