Abstract

Contemplated systems and methods are directed to classification of gastrointestinal (GI) tumors using omics data, and especially RNAseq data. Notably, GI tumors including non-colorectal tumors (e.g., gastroesophageal, head and neck, or biliary cancers) may be classified using immune-related geneset, tumor location, and consensus molecular subtype (CMS) classification to elucidate potentially therapeutically targetable features of these GI tumors.

Systèmes et procédés concernant la classification de tumeurs gastro-intestinales (GI) à l'aide de données omiques, et en particulier de données RNAseq. En particulier, les tumeurs GI comprenant des tumeurs non colorectales (par exemple, cancers gastro-œsophagiens, de la tête et du cou, ou des voies biliaires) peuvent être classées à l'aide d'une classification par ensemble de gènes liés à l'immunité, par emplacement de tumeur et par sous-type moléculaire de consensus (CMS) pour élucider potentiellement des caractéristiques pouvant être ciblées sur le plan thérapeutique de ces tumeurs GI.
