A flying vehicle is disclosed with a projectile module or component that contains a projectile for projecting at another flying device. The flying vehicle receives an identification of a target flying device and applies a projectile model which generates a determination that indicates whether a projectile, if fired from the projectile component, the projectile will hit the target flying device. The projectile model taking into account one or more of a wind modeling in an area around the flying vehicle based on an inference of wind due to a tilt of the flying vehicle, a projected path of the target device based on its identification and a drag on the projectile as it deploys from the projectile component. When the determination indicates that the projectile will hit the targeted device according to a threshold value, the flying vehicle fires the projectile at the targeted flying device.

L'invention concerne également un véhicule volant équipé d'un module ou d'un composant de projectile qui contient un projectile à projeter au niveau d'un autre dispositif volant. Le véhicule volant reçoit une identification d'un dispositif volant cible et applique un modèle de projectile qui génère une détermination qui indique si un projectile, s'il est tiré à partir du composant de projectile, frappe le dispositif volant cible. Le modèle de projectile prend en compte une ou plusieurs modélisations du vent dans une zone autour du véhicule volant sur la base d'une déduction du vent due à une inclinaison du véhicule volant, un trajet projeté du dispositif cible sur la base de son identification et d'une traînée sur le projectile lorsqu'il se déploie à partir du composant de projectile. Lorsque la détermination indique que le projectile frappe le dispositif ciblé en fonction d'une valeur seuil, le véhicule volant projette le projectile en direction du dispositif volant ciblé.
