Strong and flexible electrically conductive polymers comprising hydrogen-bondable moieties are described herein. The electrically conductive polymers are formed by polymerizing an electron donating aromatic monomer in the presence of an oxidant, solvent, and/or hydrogen-bondable additive, such as an additive comprising a hydroxyl group.

L'invention concerne des polymères électriquement conducteurs résistants et flexibles comprenant des fractions pouvant se lier à l'hydrogène. Ces polymères électriquement conducteurs sont formés par polymérisation d'un monomère aromatique donneur d'électrons en présence d'un oxydant, d'un solvant et/ou d'un additif pouvant se lier à l'hydrogène, tel qu'un additif comprenant un groupe hydroxyle.
