A catalyst comprising a microporous crystalline aluminosilicate having a Constraint Index less than or equal to 12, a Group 1 alkali metal or a compound thereof and/or a Group 2 alkaline earth metal or a compound thereof, a Group 10 metal or a compound thereof, and optionally a Group 11 metal or a compound thereof; wherein the total amount of Group 1 and/or Group 2 metal is present at a ratio that is optimized for the desirable chemical conversion process.

L'invention concerne un catalyseur comprenant un aluminosilicate cristallin microporeux ayant un indice de contrainte inférieur ou égal à 12, un métal alcalin du groupe 1 ou un composé de celui-ci et/ou un métal alcalino-terreux du groupe 2 ou un composé de celui-ci, un métal du groupe 10 ou un composé de celui-ci, et éventuellement un métal du groupe 11 ou un composé de celui-ci; la quantité totale du métal du groupe 1 et/ou du groupe 2 étant présente à un rapport qui est optimisé pour le processus de conversion chimique souhaitable.
