A rotor blade for a wind turbine including first and second blade segments extending in opposite directions from a chord-wise joint. The first and second blade segments include one or more shell members and internal support structures coupled to an inner surface of the one or more shell members of the first and second blade segments. The internal support structure of the first blade segment includes a beam structure extending between a first end at the chord-wise joint and a second end such that the beam structure is received by a receiving section of the internal support structure of the second blade segment. The rotor blade includes one or more spacer materials arranged within the first blade segment between an exterior surface of the beam structure and the inner surface of the one or more shell members to reduce a bond gap therebetween.

L'invention concerne une pale de rotor pour une éolienne comprenant un premier et un deuxième segment de pale s'étendant dans des directions opposées à partir d'une articulation dans le sens de la corde. Le premier et le deuxième segment de pale comprennent un ou plusieurs éléments de coque et des structures support internes accouplées à une surface interne de l'élément ou des éléments de coque du premier et du deuxième segment de pale. La structure support interne du premier segment de pale comprend une structure de poutre s'étendant entre une première extrémité au niveau de l'articulation dans le sens de la corde et une deuxième extrémité de telle sorte que la structure de poutre est reçue par une section de réception de la structure support interne du deuxième segment de pale. La pale de rotor comprend un ou plusieurs matériaux d'espacement agencés à l'intérieur du premier segment de pale entre une surface extérieure de la structure de poutre et la surface intérieure de l'élément ou des éléments de coque pour réduire un espace de liaison entre eux.
