Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods, apparatus and machine-readable mediums relating to reference signals for positioning in a wireless network. A method performed by a wireless device relating to positioning in a wireless network is provided. The method comprises receiving user data, and a reference signal for positioning in a transmission from a radio network node. The method further comprises rate matching the user data over one or more radio resources not used by the reference signal.

Certains modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent des procédés, un appareil et des supports lisibles par machine se rapportant à des signaux de référence de positionnement dans un réseau sans fil. La présente invention concerne donc un procédé mis en œuvre par un dispositif sans fil se rapportant à un positionnement dans un réseau sans fil. Le procédé consiste à recevoir des données d'utilisateur, et un signal de référence de positionnement lors d'une transmission à partir d'un nœud de réseau radio. Le procédé consiste en outre à mettre en correspondance le débit des données d'utilisateur avec une ou plusieurs ressources radio non utilisées par le signal de référence.
