Abstract

The present invention relates to transgenic dogs overexpressing PCK1 in a muscle-specific manner, a method for producing same, and a use of same. In particular, the present invention relates to a use of dogs transformed so as to overexpress PCK1 protein specifically in muscle tissues as an animal model to study muscle mass, muscle strength, muscle fiber, mitochondrial biosynthesis, changes in energy metabolism, and the like.

L'invention concerne des chiens transgéniques surexprimant PCK1 d'une manière spécifique au muscle, un procédé de production de ceux-ci et une utilisation de ceux-ci. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une utilisation de chiens transformés de manière à surexprimer la protéine PCK1 en particulier dans les tissus musculaires en tant que modèle animal pour étudier la masse musculaire, la force musculaire, la fibre musculaire, la biosynthèse mitochondriale, des variations du métabolisme énergétique et similaires.

본 발명은 근육 특이적으로 PCK1을 과발현하는 형질전환 개 및 이의 제조방법, 그리고 이의 이용에 관한 것으로, 특히 근육 조직에서 특이적으로 PCK1 단백질을 과발현하도록 형질전환된 개를 근육량, 근력, 근섬유, 미토콘드리아 생합성, 에너지 대사의 변화 등의 연구를 위한 동물 모델로 이용하는 것에 관한 것이다.
