The present disclosure relates to: a communication technique for merging IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates than 4G systems; and a system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety related services, etc.) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technologies. Disclosed is a method for more efficiently transmitting uplink control information and data in a mobile communication system operating in an unlicensed band or in a mobile communication system requiring a channel sensing operation.

La présente invention concerne une technique de communication destinée à fusionner la technologie IdO avec un système de communication 5G pour prendre en charge des débits de transmission de données supérieurs à ceux des systèmes 4G, ainsi qu'un système à cet effet. La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents (par exemple maisons intelligentes, bâtiments intelligents, villes intelligentes, voitures intelligentes ou voitures connectées, soins de santé, enseignement numérique, commerces de détail, services liés à la sécurité et la sûreté, etc.) sur la base de la technologie de communication 5G et de la technologie IdO. 본 개시는 4G 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 통신 시스템을 IoT 기술과 융합하는 통신 기법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 개시는 5G 통신 기술 및 IoT 관련 기술을 기반으로 지능형 서비스 (예를 들어, 스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 적용될 수 있다. 본 발명은 비면허 대역에서 동작하는 이동 통신 시스템 또는 채널 감지 동작을 필요로 하는 이동 통신 시스템에서 상기 상향링크 제어 정보 및 데이터를 보다 효율적으로 전송하는 방법을 개시한다.
